[ Security ] Open Question : How to get rid of Trojan:win32/Fakespypro? * read description please.?

I have windows 7, It won't let me acess internet on my laptop & so luckily I had another administrative account and my Windows Defender located the trojan & it said it removed it, but when I got on my other account ( the one i regularly use ) it wouldn't let me acces the internet! I ran my McAfee security on that account it after 2 hours of waiting, it found NOTHING! I'm currently using my back up account to use the internet. How can I remove this stupid trojan?!
