[ Xbox ] Open Question : windows xp wont allow me to to create a briged network for my xbox 360. Help please? thanks?

I keep getting a message that says "you must select at least two LAN or High Speed Internet connections that are not being used by internet connection sharing". I have two networks so im assuming it has something to do with my previous attempts to create a bridge.
