[ Pain & Pain Management ] Open Question : After 5 weeks of my open appendectomy, the lower abdominal pain is getting worse. I can't roll over in my bed.?

Specially the pain becomes severe during the nights. I can't roll over in my bed. 4 weeks after the surgery I didn't have any problem. But now it is nifghmare. I have constant pain in my right lower abdomen and spreads to the left. Also in my back. The ultrasound and blood tests showed nothing. I am desperate. The pain killers doesn't work any more. Any suggestion? What is the cause of such a terrible pain. My surgeon says that it will eventually go, after 6-8 months!!! It is crasy. Please advice
