[ Diet & Fitness ] Open Question : Got any healthy diet tips?
I am trying to lose 40 pounds or less in 75 days. I tryed to starve myself but If I do that then after the diet I'm going to eat like a pig. I tryed to eat only an apple a day but it didn't work. Do you have any diet tips for me? Like I was thinking about blending eggs together to give me energy and protein. I need some healthy home diets. Not those pills and surgery diets. I am 16 years old by the way. If you have a website that will help me that's fine too. Thanx you.
