[ Martial Arts ] Open Question : Is tae kwon do a good hobby for a 30 yr old none experince housewife.?

Im 30 yrs old and am looking for something that will get me out of the house.I have no experience in martial arts but have always been interested in them.Im not in great shape but really hope taking these classes will help with my over all confidence and health.Is this a good class for me to take?
