[ Video & Online Games ] Open Question : GTA IV Online Problems!?

Hey everyone, I am using Windows 7. I have GTA IV and ELC installed too. I dont know whether its the firewall or what, but when I log in, it says downloading profile, i doesnt download, it did in vista, what is the problem anyone? please help! :)
