[ Other - Cultures & Groups ] Open Question : What do you call it when you feel like your heart and soul is empty?

Like you feel fine but then, you feel like your heart and soul is so empty and hollow. You feel puzzled, and dazed. There's nothing but anxiety in your stomach. This doesn't effect my everyday life, I mean it mentally fatigues me a bit, but that's it. Do you think this is the lack of going to church????
