[ Cell Phones & Plans ] Open Question : blackberry email help !!!?

When i go to the email set-up on my new blackberry curve 8520 i only have a option to use a work email account and i Dont have a activation password how do i get this or how do i set up a new email if it helps on set-up menu I have only 3 options set-up wizard, set up wifi and set up blue tooth
